Follow My heart

I believe in the right to exercise what I feel and to express my feelings and understandings freely. I like to appreciate open and friendly advises from people I respect and make decisions in the best interest of what my heart feels and wants, not what it is supposed to be.

Be Open Of What I Feel

I do not like to keep my emotions deep inside. From the medical point of view, it is not a healthy practise to develop a habit whereby feelings that may come by at occasions are being kept most of the time.

Medical experts say the percentage of males getting heart problems is relatively higher than the females' . This is due to the fact that males usually tend to restrict themself from exposing the weaker part of theirself resulting in accumulative internal damage to their heart. On the other hand, females will let out their emotions or feelings by, let say, throwing some tears away.

Life Is Too Short

"Life is too short to enjoy so have fun while you can!" as said by some people and I call it "Nonsense". Yes, life is indeed not long enough. To create meaningful and useful results out of it, we should not be too self-centered(in another word not too selfish).

Make it a worth-while living while you are on earth by spending some of your time contributing to the welfare of human community. Participate in charity works, helping the poors, fighting for rights, protecting the nature and, most of all, developing a kind and tendered society. That is what I call the real fun and enjoyable moments in life.

My mom often says, most people nowadays know only one thing as they grow up, that is, they will study, find a job or do business, get married, have kids, get old, look after grandkids(if age permits) and, at the end, rest in vain(not peace). Why waste this life doing such common things as being done by others. Be different from others, be your own god and do things that make you feel proud of becoming a human in this world.

  Be spiritual

Here we must be able to differentiate the difference between spirituality and religion. My understanding of being spiritual is in a sense that a person develop a set of criteria in his/her life that define how life should be run.

These criteria may involve some aspects of a particular religion, certain superstitions, some of humans' common beliefs, what is right or wrong as defined by the community of living creatures on earth and what a person feels out of his/her life experiences.

Spirituality cut across any boundaries and disciplines of mankind and apply widely to anyone with different cultural and traditional background. In another way, all I am saying is that be original, be geniune in what you feel and do.

I Do Not Believe In Trust

There were some moments I gave all my trust to some people only to let it got broken into pieces and thrown back to me. All I learnt is that to trust is only to get hurt. And to believe in someone is to decieve yourself.

Change Is Necessary At Times

Our national hero General Aung San once said people who neither perform nor deny changes in life will never be successful in their endeavours. A change can be in many ways, to good, to evil, or to being irrational.

I here define the word change as not in a sense of radical reformation of one's characters or behaviours but as an acceptance of evolutions in life that take place with time in one's life-span.

As being human, we tend to make mistakes from time to time, and the only way to grow out of it is not only to learn but to discover ourselves as time goes by and to make certain enhancements to the way we run our lives.

You might think of yourself becoming vulnerable when making or accepting changes. Always keep in mind one thing that only the strongs can manage changes and not the weaker ones. The old saying, "Leopard never change it's spots" was only meant for losers.
